How to Delete Your Account
- Open TradeKit and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the first prompt: "Sure about this? It'll wipe everything."
- Confirm the second prompt: "Last chance - delete everything for good?"
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, trade type)
- All jobs, quotes, and invoices
- All expenses and mileage records
- All customer records
- All uploaded photos (receipts, job site images)
- Error logs and feedback submissions
- Device session data
What Is Retained
- Stripe payment records: Transaction history is retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations. You can contact Stripe directly to request deletion of payment data.
- Anonymised error logs: Any error logs older than 90 days are already deleted. Remaining anonymised logs (containing no personal data) may be retained for up to 90 days from the date of deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before deleting your account.
